Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. For customized or large orders, processing times may vary, and customers will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days, available for an additional fee.
• International Shipping: Available to select countries with delivery times varying by destination, typically 7-15 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the weight of the items. For bulk or equipment orders, specialized shipping arrangements may be required, and our team will reach out with a customized quote.

Shipping Carrier
We partner with reliable carriers, including UPS and FedEx, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have additional restrictions based on local laws and import regulations.
