RESCUE
Return to Operational Condition
Up to one day service, with additional labor billed at a rate of $200 per hour. A trained Root Sciences technician will troubleshoot your system and perform any cleaning or maintenance required to restore it to an operational condition.

Maintenance & Cleaning of System
Up to two days service, with additional labor billed at a rate of $200 per hour. Includes rebuilding and replacement of components to ensure proper operation of machine, and thorough cleaning of the internals of the system.

Complete Overhaul & Cleaning
Up to three days of service, with additional labor at a rate of $200 per hour. Includes thorough cleaning of the unit, and rebuilding and replacement of components to ensure proper operation of the machine.

RELOCATION
Prepare & Re-Commission Unit
Includes disassembly of the unit, and equipment packaging. Once at the new location, Root Sciences will commission and systems test the machine. Damages to the equipment during this process will be covered by Root Sciences. Transportation to be provided by the client. Repair, cleaning, refurbishment, and shipping damages not included.

Typically takes one day. The price below is for existing clients with previous access to SOPs. SOP access is an additional fee. Perform in-depth training on the preparation of the feedstock, operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the wiped molecular still.
